Auckland City Council. (Affordable Housing Project.) $9m pilot project currently underway, for which we acted as the Consultant Project Manager for the partner selection phase.
Auckland City Council. (Pensioner Housing )1700 units. Detailed condition surveys, feasibility studies and inputs to Asset Management Plan. Project management of major capital works and maintenance projects over five years prior to sale of portfolio to HNZ

AJ Park Patent Attorneys. A two level fitout over 2000 sq m carried out to a very high standard in a Class A Auckland CBD high rise commercial building. Carew acted as lead consultant throughout sourcing and negotiating the premises lease as well as the scoping and management of the fitout. Value $950,000. Completed May 2004.

Edenvale Rest Home. Expansion of existing resthome on a tightly developed site in a residential zone, to provide private hospital standard care. Carew has assisted the client to obtain extra land adjacent to the existing facility and is acting as lead consultant for this $4m project.
